So currently i weigh 148, and i am 5’5 .
My Goal is to be in my 130’s by August 5, 2013 the first day of my senior year.
how am i going to get down to that ? Im going to try to eat cleaner , God knows how many times i said that and the same day i like eat out my whole refridgariter .
and i am going to run on my own everyday until june 17th , till cross country starts training, and then i would be running with them (probably a better work out too)
I feel so fat ): ever since track season finshed, i been eating everything i see .__. and thats gotta stop .
so goal is to start like calorie counting or somthing and try to burn 500-700 calories a day so week by week i would possibly be loosing a pound c:
and not only running, but getting toned ! To be honest i dont even know how to get in toned. Is it just like sit-ups and crunchs ? that counts as toning up? and squats lots of lots of squats. gonna do that 30 day squat challenge . Ooooh my booty will be poppin ‘ .
